Company’s founder, co-owner

Certified personal fitness trainer and multiple catering business manager. Mārtiņš has a bachelor degree in tourism and hospitality managment and masters degree in etrepreneurship. In 2015 he got 3rd place in IFBB Latvia “Men’s Physique” competition. In 2016 he got 4th place in IFBB Latvia Open 2016 competition in “Men’s Physique” cathegory.

Baiba Iskrova

BAIBA ISKROVA

Co-owner, nutritional specialist

Professional Bachelor’s Degree in Health Care and Nutritionist Qualification. Currently is pursuing a Master’s Degree in Nutrition Science. Has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management.

Member of the Latvian Association of Diet and Nutritionists (LDUSA). Member of the European Society of Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism (ESPEN). Great and large experience working with clients in rehabilitation center and health center. Provides, reads health and nutrition lectures and participates in various nutrition projects. Writes articles on current affairs in the dietology, health, nutrition, diseases.

Regularly improves knowledge by attending conferences and seminars, and is always updated in the latest things in working field.

Consulting in nutrition for a variety of metabolic, cardiovascular, oncology and other chronic or acute conditions. Counseling for children and adults with weight problems. Evaluate eating habits and make recommendations, make nutrition plans to achieve goals. Provides advice on food allergies and intolerances. Counseling women before and after menopause.

The path of the chef  Nikita to the kitchen of “Food Factory”….

I have been involved in sports for many years and I have noticed that nutrition greatly influences my sports achievements.

Enthusiast and patriot of his work. He has not only fallen in love with the taste of food but as well with the quality of it so much that he wants to share this love. He is connected with kitchen and culture of restaurants for more then 7 years. His aim is to show the importance of good nutrition in everyday life. Considers that Food Factory is his chance to help other people and nothing can be more important and meaningful as to do that through his work.

MARINA KAPLANE

Nutritionist

Experienced nutritionist Marina Kaplane, is a professional in her field, graduated from Riga Stradins University and continues self-education.

Nutritionist is providing consultation about nutrition and choose the right nutrition treatment plan for any individual situation.

Eating the right kinds of foods during and after treatment can help to feel better and stay stronger.

Nutrition scientist

Professional Bachelor`s Degree in Health Care and Master`s Degree in Nutrition and food sciences.
Leads lectures and workshops for different groups of people. Prepares meal menus based on client goals, needs and health. Fullfills her knowledge by reading scientific researches, articles and books, and attends nutrition workshops. Is interested in sports nutrition and regulary takes part in various projects.
