What sport did you do?

We’ve talked about the need for physical activity in advance to promote weight loss, but physical activity is important for everyone, kids and seniors! Children would need physical activity for 60 minutes a day. Adults would need at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity, or 75 minutes of high-intensity physical activity per week, as well as seniors. Do not forget about the various exercises that will strengthen your muscles! What sport did you do?
